✦ 🎵 Lone Wolf – The Promise and the Patriarchs V1.0 ✦
(Genesis 10–50 condensed into a journey of covenant, faith, family, and redemption)
[Start]
[Intro]
[Instrumental]
[Fade In]
[Spoken words]
From scattered tongues and Babel’s pride,
God chose a man to walk beside.[Whispering voice] (walk beside.!)
Through barren years and starless skies,
He swore a seed the world would prize.[Build up]
[Verse 1]
A voice called out to Abraham:
“Leave all behind—come take My hand.”
He walked by faith, not eyes or plan,
And claimed the dust of promised land.[Chorus 1]
[Duet]
The promise passed from name to name,
Through fire, through famine, through the pain.
Though years would test and time delay,
The Word of God would find its way.[Verse 2]
Isaac stood where altars bled,
A willing son, no fear, no dread.
A ram was caught, a life was spared—
The Father's heart was foreshadowed there.[Verse 3]
Then Jacob dreamed of angels bright,
And wrestled God alone one night.
His name was changed, his path made clear—
Twelve sons would build the tribes so near.[Guitar Solo]
[Verse 4]
A coat of dreams, a pit, a chain—
Yet Joseph rose through loss and pain.
From prison cell to Pharaoh’s ring,
God used the hurt to crown a king.[Chorus 2]
The promise burned, though hope ran thin,
God’s faithfulness endured their sin.
He used their fall, their pride, their fear,
To draw redemption ever near.[Bridge – Layered Harmonies]
Through wandering hearts and broken parts,
He shaped a people, set apart.
The covenant would never fail—
A scarlet thread through every tale.[Outro]
So when your journey’s dark and wide,
And every star begins to hide,
Trust in the One who calls you still—
“The God who moves through faith and will.”
